All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, subject to stock availability. Please note that the delivery option that you select may impact when you receive your goods once it has been shipped.

3.1 Change of delivery address

Should your address change, you must advise Tuisblad (Pty) Ltd in writing promptly thereof to avoid delivery to an incorrect address. Tuisblad (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for a delivery made to your old address if you have not so advised Tuisblad (Pty) Ltd.

3.2 Delivery time

Tuisblad (Pty) Ltd will deliver the products ordered by you within approximately 20 working days from receipt of your order.

If a tracking number  is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.


The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

PLEASE NOTE: The amounts set out above reflect the postage and packaging charges currently applicable. However, Leserskring / Leisure Books reserves the right to increase such charges. Such increases shall not be done more than once in a calendar year.


Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

5.1 Back Orders

If an item goes on back order for a period exceeding 14 working days, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order, at no extra cost to you.

  • Out-of-stock situations

Should any item(s) you order be temporarily out of stock rendering Tuisblad (Pty) Ltd unable to delivery it timeously to you, Tuisblad (Pty) Ltd will advise you of this and you will be entitled to either wait for the next consignment (without having to order again), or cancel such order and obtain a refund (if you have already paid). Should the item have become permanently out-of-stock, your order will be cancelled and if you have already paid, you may either obtain a refund, or request a credit on your account which can be used towards your next order, or order an alternative item.

  • Discontinued Products

Should any item(s) ordered be permanently out of stock, rendering Tuisblad (Pty) Ltd unable to deliver it, Tuisblad (Pty) Ltd will advise you of this and your order for the particular item will be cancelled. In cases where payment has already been made, an alternative product may be ordered or a full refund requested.
