In Pretoria, the event was held at the Lois Boutique Guest House in Erasmuskloof on 8 and 9 September and in Cape Town our members were treated at D'Urbanmist Guest House in Durbanville on 15 and 16 September.

Armed with photographs, our members learnt the art of scrapbooking, aided by the writers of Cleanline Scrapbooking, Tracy Boomer and Deborah Morbin. Angie Franke and Monique Day-Wilde, writers of Quick Art, showed our members how to create art of of ordinary items in your home. Members also learnt how to make a beautiful beaded angel with the help of Heather Laithwaite, writer of Dare to Bead.
